Hepar sulfuris 30CH
Take 4 pellets in the very first signals of malaise, and repeat once if necessary. Hepar sul usually prevents the development of cold and flu.

Bryonia 30CH
Take 4 pellets for dry cough, and repeat if necessary. You can also try 2 pellets of Bryonia 200CH. If taken in the beginning, it usually stops the cough completely.

Belladona 30CH
Take 4 pellets in the beginning of the fever, and repeat after 30 minutes to one hour if necessary.

When a 100% well, stop taking the homeopathic remedy.

Virus transmission

Transmission can be done by saliva and contact with objects touched by someone who is contaminated. For example: putting your hands in a contaminated place and scratching the eyes can cause conjunctivitis. Thus, a little care can help prevent this type of problem, such as  avoiding touching mouth and eyes, and washing your hands as soon as you get home.
